Submission Guidelines
All manuscripts should be sent electronically: Microsoft Word documents for text; high-resolution .jpg or .tif files for images. Direct all correspondence to senior managing editor James Gallagher at james.gallagher@conexiant.com. Please send image files attached to a separate email from the email containing the article file.
References should be cited as per the AMA Manual of Style. All figures must be referenced within the text, accompanied by complete legends, and be either free from copyright or, if previously published, accompanied by the proper permissions or contact information to obtain those permissions. Images should be a minimum of 5” wide by 5” long at a resolution of 266 dpi. If you are interested in our considering an image of yours for the cover of Retinal Physician, it must be at least 7” x 7” at 266 dpi.

Guidance on Use of Artificial Intelligence
We recognize the value of AI tools as part of the research and writing process; however, all final content is the responsibility of the bylined authors, and we reserve the right to request that content be rewritten if it is identified as AI-generated.
Conflict-of-Interest Statement
With each submission, Retinal Physician requires that authors list financial relationships (including but not limited to employment, contract work, stock ownership, honoraria, paid testimony) or other conflicts of interest that would jeopardize the credibility of works published in Retinal Physician.
Statement of Informed Consent
Retinal Physician does not publish identifying information, including patient names, initials, or hospital numbers, unless the information is essential for scientific purposes and the patient (or parent or guardian) gives written informed consent for publication.
